Richard's Bio
Richard A. Harold is Senior Vice President, Global Operations of Lindsay, a position he has held since April 2022. Mr. Harold is responsible for leading all aspects of the Company’s global manufacturing and sourcing organizations. Prior to joining Lindsay, Mr. Harold most recently served as Senior Director of Global Operations for Rogers Corporation, a global technology leader in specialty materials and components, where he led operations and supply chain strategy. Prior to that role, Mr. Harold served as Rogers Corporation’s Director of Global Operations and held positions of increasing responsibility with a number of public and private equity companies where he was responsible for manufacturing, lean implementation, capacity expansion, complexity reduction and business growth. Mr. Harold holds an Executive Master degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
