This month, we are excited to feature Samantha Lewandowski -- an intern turned full-time employee! She has been here just under a year as a Hardware Engineer, but is already finding a way to make an impact on our Elecsys team.

How long have you been an employee at Elecsys?
8 months, 7 as an intern and 1 as a full time employee.
If you could pick one of your job activities or a recent project to describe as special, what would it be and why?
One thing that's special is being given the opportunity to work on projects of importance here at Elecsys. At a lot of places, interns aren't given the opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact.
What is something on your bucket list that you have not checked off yet?
I want to see the Eiffel Tower.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I have a cat named Meatball.
What is your idea of a great day?
My idea of a great day would be getting out in nature and sightseeing, then having some good food, and spending time with friends and family.
If you were an animal, what would you be? Why?
I would be a capuchin monkey. Not really sure why.
If you could invite three people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would you invite?

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
A new car
If you could time travel, where would you like to travel to?
I would travel into the future so I could see the technology advancements.

I love sweets, especially brownies and donuts.
If you could choose to have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Teleportation so I could visit anywhere without travel time/cost.
