Lindsay's D&I Council
Lindsay’s Diversity and Inclusion Council was established in August 2019 and is an employee-led, voluntary group that champions for diversity and inclusion at Lindsay, helping to identify opportunities for the company to become more inclusive. The group meets on a monthly basis to share knowledge, raise cultural awareness and communicate to the organization. The D&I Council continues to expand domestically and internationally, creating opportunities for employees to share new ideas, enhance engagement and strengthen Lindsay’s global culture.
Every year, Lindsay seeks feedback from all employees via a formal survey process to understand how we are doing as an organization and how we can to continue work toward building a healthy culture where all employees thrive. We are proud to report that we’ve seen significant growth year over year across all locations and continue to have a long-term focus on our employees and culture.
