Lindsay's DE&I Council
Lindsay’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council was established in August 2019 and is an employee-led, voluntary group that champions for diversity and inclusion at Lindsay, helping to identify opportunities for the company to become more inclusive. The group meets on a monthly basis to share knowledge, raise cultural awareness and communicate to the organization. The DE&I Council continues to expand domestically and internationally, creating opportunities for employees to share new ideas, enhance engagement and strengthen Lindsay’s global culture.

Every year, Lindsay seeks feedback from all employees via a formal survey process to understand how we are doing as an organization and how we can to continue work toward building an engaged workforce where all employees thrive. Our values focus on inspiring others to demonstrate courage to make a difference and collaborate to create more together than as individuals. To elevate this concept among our employees, we launched Campaign for Water to celebrate Women’s History Month in March.

Our quality policy highlights the commitment to achieving total customer satisfaction, with product performance and services through continuous improvement and innovations. Our quality processes enhance the design, manufacturing, shipping, field experience, supplier and factory quality areas of our business.
