DELILINE Lane Delineator
Mark reserved spaces and separate lanes for two-way traffic flows or different modes of transport like bus and bike lanes. The shape of the lane delineator has been designed for city or compact infrastructures that require ease of passing along with higher visibility in particular conditions. It’s created by molding yellow paste-dyed polyurethane, lightened inside and reinforced with a transverse or crossed pattern. Given the special properties of the material, it offers excellent strength and resistance to abrasion, weatherability and colorfastness. The DELILINE also comes with an elastoplastic tape or flexible paste-dyed circular polyurethane markers (DEFLEX). DELILINE comprises intermediate and tapered terminal elements.
RALSAFE Speed Bump
This road safety device is developed to warn drivers that they are approaching a danger spot and persuade them to slow down. The hump has a curved design that’s molded in rubber with a mix consisting of 60-70% vulcanized recycled material.
RALSAFE consists of:
- a black intermediate element made from indented anti-skid rubber, interspersed with yellow inserts of the same width made from retroreflecting elastoplastic tape for improved visibility and safety in normal conditions and to guarantee visibility in conditions of poor visibility, rain, fog, etc.
- a black terminal element made from indented non-skid rubber with a beveled edge that slopes down to the ground without sudden variations in height. The elements also have lateral beveling for water runoff and a junction tooth to guarantee alignment and greater resistance to traffic. Each element is fixed to the ground by anchor bolts fixed by mechanical or chemical means.
The high-density polyethylene diversion indicator can be very effective for calling attention to highway exits, lane divisions, tollbooths, obstacles on the carriageway and so on. Its bright color and highly reflective arrows allow for enhanced visibility during the day and night. In addition, the material and production process used ensure a high resistance to light and weather as well as optimal behavior if impacted.
Divide traffic at tollbooths with a separation system made of traffic cones on wheels, balls and rope. The system includes a rope threaded through a polyethylene ball with reflectors (max 8) and a polyethylene molded cone with revolving wheels under the base. Snoline traffic cones can hold up to 4 reflectors for superior night visibility.
