Lindsay Corporation Increases Cash Dividend

Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN), a leading provider of irrigation systems and infrastructure products, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable August 31, 2017, to shareholders of record on August 17, 2017. This quarterly cash dividend rate represents a 3.4% increase in the previous quarterly indicated rate of $0.29 per share. The new annual indicated rate is $1.20 per share, up from the previous annual indicated rate of $1.16 per share.

Lindsay manufactures and markets irrigation equipment primarily used in agricultural markets which increase or stabilize crop production while conserving water, energy, and labor. The Company also manufactures and markets infrastructure and road safety products under the Lindsay Transportation Solutions trade name.
