Indiana Dealer Grows Business With Outstanding Customer Service

Keeping up with evolving technologies can be a challenge for busy growers. 

“Technology is the future of agriculture,” said Dale Gramm, co-owner of Irrigation Solutions. “We do our best to help growers keep up with the latest technology and show them how it can help them be more efficient.” 

With locations in Lakeville and Lagrange, Indiana, the Irrigation Solutions team makes customer education a priority. They offer regular workshops to help growers become familiar with new innovations.

"We hold them every other year – in late January when our customers have time to attend,” Gramm said. “We called our last seminar The Future of Ag Irrigation. We covered the latest products, including FieldNET®FieldNET Advisor®, Zimmatic Precision VRI, sprinklers and more.”

Gramm said the workshops are part of an overall commitment to outstanding service that builds customer loyalty and trust. 

“We have always done our best to follow the principles in our core values – building relationships by serving people with honesty, integrity, trust and adding value to our products and services by being the best at what we do,” he said. “We are blessed to be in an area where there is plenty of underground water and sandy soils, which respond well to center pivot irrigation. When we install a new pivot, we know we’re helping their operation become more profitable." 

While there are challenges in today’s environment, Gramm believes the future is bright for growers in his region.

“Many of our customers grow specialty crops, like potatoes, spearmint and tomatoes, which are high cash crops,” he said. “It’s our job to help them keep up with technology and know when to invest in solutions that will help them make the most of every acre of land they farm.”
